AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS


Refund

- We do not provide refunds for subscription fees unless we've made changes to these terms that significantly impact you negatively, or if required by Indian consumer law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

- You can still email us to request a refund at support@theapplaunchpad.com. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

a. You did not cancel your AppLaunchpad subscription in time.
b. You have only partially used or not used the service.
c. You mistakenly paid for yearly subscription instead of monthly subscription.



Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that there will be no refund of any subscription fee already paid towards the then-current subscription at the time of cancellation. Upon cancellation of a subscription plan, users will retain access to all the features under the given subscription plan until the end of the current billing cycle. In the event a refund is approved by AppLaunchpad team, a small non-refundable transaction fee deduction will be made.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@theapplaunchpad.com.

All discounts are applicable only for the first payment period and will revert to the original pricing thereafter.
